EXT3-U-R is a full bi-directional powered USB 2.0 receiver via extended range CAT twisted pair cable. The receiver converts the transmitted CAT signal into USB 2.0, RS-232 and audio signals.
Flexible USB connectivity: A wide variety of USB peripheral and dual-function devices can be extended, including cameras, touch screens, smart boards, hard drives, game controllers, audio devices, printers, scanners or HID (Human Interface Devices) such as a mouse or keyboard.
USB Peripheral Charging: Fast charging of USB peripheral devices when the receiver is powered by a power supply, and standard USB charging when the receiver is powered by the transmitter via CAT.
RS-232 Bidirectional Extension: Serial interface data flows in both directions, allowing data transmission and device control.
Audio Extension: The analog audio signal transmitted from the remote audio source is connected to the locally connected audio playback device.
Cost-effective maintenance: LED status indicators facilitate local maintenance and troubleshooting.
